Qualifications

1990    BSc(2:1)    Basic Medical Sciences and Sociology, University of London.

1993    MBBS        King's College Hospital School of Medicine, University of London.

1997    MRCP        Member of the Royal College of Physicians of London.       

2003    CCST       Certificates of Completion of Specialist Training in Gastroenterology and General Internal Medicine.

2007    FRCP        Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians.

Training

From 1987 to 1993 I was a medical student at King's College Hospital, London.  I  entered  the South Thames East Rotation  in Gastroenterology and General Internal Medicine in 1998.  My training included all aspects of Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology.  This included  Intensive Care, Coronary Care and Acute Medicine. My gastroenterology training was completed at King's Liver Unit and at Guy's and St Thomas' Hospitals, London.

I was appointed as Consultant Physician and Gastroenterologist at Darent Valley Hospital in January 2004.
